This Aberdeen based staff role will be primarily supporting the Senior Technical Engineer with 1st Level Support, facilitating training and providing assistance, both remotely and on Customer premises, throughout the division.
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as sales engineering, professional services consulting, or technical support.
Business analysis skills, specifically relating to business workflow and integration into ERP
Strong work ethic and a â€œget-the-job-doneâ€
Excellent customer-facing skills including a demonstrated track-record of interfacing with enterprise clients, ensuring prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.
Excellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills
A problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions and multi-task.
Walking customers through installing, upgrading our applications and providing assistance in troubleshooting, using targeted questions to diagnose problems.

Internet and network topology
Video including H.264,
Networking Wireless, satellite networks, firewalls, route/switch. etc
Cloud Computing AWS/Azure, cloud security reviews, HTTPS encryption, etc
