We run review sessions at the end of projects and maintain a Knowledge Base of lessons learned. Our projects are managed according to Prince2 principles and we use both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
We are actively involved with Microsoft and are one of a small number of partners who work alongside Microsoft on their own consultancy projects. Our consultants are proud to wear the Microsoft badge and benefit from immersion in Microsoft practices.
